As a dietary supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable cellulose, silica, grapeskin, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin, titanium dioxide.
Solgar's Hematinic Tablets are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
Sugar and starch free.
